Why I chose to fitness train: I am passionate about teaching and have always been enthusiastic about sports and physical activity.  Sharing knowledge and seeing clients progress is very rewarding.  I am grateful to have a job that allows me to be both active and outdoors. 

 

It seems that most adults that have trouble exercising on a regular basis haven't quite found exercises they enjoy doing.  This is why I enjoy creating unique workouts that allow others to have fun while exercising.  My goal is to help others feel strong, agile, healthy, and happy!

For adults of any age and fitness level.  Mixed ages and fitness levels within the group is not a problem--I offer both progressions and regressions for each exercise.

2-on-1 Training

Two on one personal training sessions.  Perfect for couples, family, or friends.

Personal Training
